Dining at Burlamacchi is in-house, Tuscan and Campanian, built on ingredients from nearby farms and groves, with wine pairings by a sommelier. A wood-fired oven turns out focaccia and late-night pizzas, and cooking classes fill the days around the wedding. From a long table under the trees to a candlelit dinner in the frescoed salons, the kitchen tailors the celebration.
