Chef Michele's I Granai restaurant serves bespoke Maremma menus paired with the estate's Montecucco wines, and the whole borgo, with its 22 rooms and suites and panoramic pool, is available for exclusive use. I Granai, named for the grain store it once was, serves a Maremma farm-to-table cuisine by Chef Michele, drawn from the estate's own produce and the gardens of the borgo. For weddings, bespoke banquet menus are crafted around the season, with the estate's Montecucco Sangiovese DOCG poured through the evening.

Beyond the borgo lie 120 hectares of organic vine, within the wider 1,200-hectare estate, the slopes of Monte Amiata above and the Valle dell'Ombrone stretching west toward the Tyrrhenian Sea. It is Maremma at its least visited and most itself: a landscape that feels owned, finally, by the estate.
