The Enogastronomy of the Gargano.

The kitchen at Gattarella draws on the enogastronomy of Puglia and the Gargano: seafood landed from the gulf, olive oil pressed from the surrounding groves, and the delicate flavours of Apulian cooking. The panoramic main restaurant looks out over the sea, while a beachfront café offers a more casual setting for cocktails and lighter meals through the day. Wedding banquets are served in the sea-view Sala Belvedere or the intimate Sala Orcio, or taken privately on the beach or terrace. Menus are composed with each couple, from a traditional Apulian feast to a contemporary tasting, at €90 to €150 per guest. In-house catering is standard; private catering is also permitted.
