Couples marry in the Shooting Gallery, its walls hand-painted by de Gournay and licensed for civil ceremonies, then move to the famous 18m underground pool or back to the Gallery for dinner beneath the paintwork. Cocktails flow in the Library and on the first-floor terrace, Brumus sends out Modern European menus, and the celebration carries late into the night, glamorous, colourful and unmistakably Kit Kemp.
