In-House, on the Cilento.

Dining at the Savoy is in-house, built on the cooking of the Cilento and Campania, the seafood of the coast and the produce of the hills. Wedding dinners are served in the salons, in the gardens by the pool or on the beach, and the kitchens tailor the menus to the couple, from a long seaside table to a seated dinner beneath the pines.

The Pagano Estate

The Savoy belongs to the Pagano family, and so does the land that feeds it. A few kilometres inland lies San Salvatore 1988, the family's organic Cilento estate: vineyards and olive groves, a herd of more than 750 water buffalo, a dairy, a winery and an olive mill, wrapped around kitchen gardens and the family's own farm shop. Almost nothing on a Savoy wedding table is bought in. The wine is grown and bottled on the estate, the olive oil pressed there, the mozzarella and yogurt made each morning from the estate's own buffalo, and the cooking, crowned by the Michelin-starred Tre Olivi, begins in the family's own fields. Hospitality here does not begin at check-in. It begins in the soil.

The Buffalo Dairy

A herd of more than 750 water buffalo and a dairy making the mozzarella, ricotta, yogurt and gelato served across the hotels each morning.

The Vineyards

San Salvatore 1988, the family's acclaimed organic Cilento winery, with the celebrated oenologist Riccardo Cotarella: Fiano, Greco, Falanghina and Aglianico, grown and bottled on the estate.

The Olive Groves

Estate olive groves and an organic extra-virgin olive oil, pressed from the family's own harvest on the Cilento hills.
