TING, GONG & the Sky Lounge

A Table in the Sky.

TING is the hotel's restaurant, contemporary cooking with a South East Asian accent and an afternoon tea Londoners book for its own sake. GONG sits on level 52 beside the infinity pool, one of the highest cocktail bars in Western Europe, and the Sky Lounge holds the weekend brunch and the long view. Wedding menus come from the same kitchens, written for each celebration, with kosher and private catering available by arrangement.

The Highest Pool in Western Europe.
Level 52

The Highest Pool in Western Europe.

On level 52 the hotel keeps its second argument: an infinity Sky Pool that runs to the glass at roughly 190 metres, the highest hotel pool in Western Europe, with a skyline sauna beside it and a Sky Gym open around the clock. ELEMIS treatments are taken in the same air. For a wedding party staying the weekend it turns the morning after into a reason to stay another night.

The Thames turns below the windows, and the city becomes the decoration.

It is London's highest hotel, on levels 34 to 52 of Western Europe's tallest building, and the only Forbes Five-Star hotel at London Bridge. A wedding here is licensed, indoors, and framed by the Thames, Tower Bridge, the Tower of London and St Paul's through floor-to-ceiling glass.

Level 34 carries 400 square metres: three river-facing private rooms, Ren, Li and Yi, plus the Sky Lounge. Ren seats 100 for the wedding breakfast, Li takes 30 with St Paul's in the window, Yi holds 12 above Tower Bridge, and the whole floor can be taken exclusively.
