Food at Susafa is farm-to-table in the truest sense, drawn from the estate's grain, olive oil and garden. Dinner is served at the long table in the wheat field at sunset, or beneath the stone vaults of Il Granaio, deeply Sicilian, seasonal and generous, from the harvest to the pantry of preserves, with Sicilian wines and aperitivo in the courtyard.
