Ester Chianelli was going to be a marine biologist. She took the degree, then spent a period as a television correspondent that carried her through more than thirty countries, and left the science at twenty three for the thing that had turned out to hold her attention. The route matters, because the work reads like it: a producer's instinct for a running order, and a reporter's habit of finding out what a room is actually like before deciding what to do with it.
The agency is Neapolitan and the map is national. Ten destinations, published: the Amalfi Coast, Lake Como, Tuscany, Umbria, Lake Maggiore, Sicily, Puglia, Rome, Lake Garda and Venice. The bar has been set so high
I can go on and on about Ester and her team. The precise planning, exquisite attention to detail and the seamless execution of my son and daughter in law's wedding was beyond compare and words. It was by far the most spectacular, elegant and not to mention fun wedding I have ever been to. I'm not just saying that because it was my child's wedding; it truly was a day to remember. During the planning process Ester was so gracious, attentive and truly put her heart and soul in the process in order to make the day as special as possible for Emily and Marc. They could not have picked a better wedding planner. Ester is the best. Everyone who attended is still talking about it and have said, "The bar has been set so high and there will never be another wedding that could compare." I am so happy Emily and Marc chose Ester. Oh and the welcome party prior to the wedding was equally as spectacular and so special and intimate. Like I said before, I could go on and on. There aren't enough words. Her pricing model is ten per cent of the total wedding budget, published on her own site. It scales with the event rather than being fixed in advance, and there is no package tier list.
Her published starting point is 1,200 euro per guest, inclusive of all services. That figure covers the whole celebration, venue and catering and flowers and photography together, and it is separate from her planning fee.
Forty per cent is due before planning and design begin. The remaining sixty per cent, plus any increase to the budget, is due thirty days before the wedding date, subject to the terms of the signed contract. Fees already paid are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
